What is Here2HelpUS?
Here2HelpUS®, Limited Liability Company, provides resources that support closing gaps and impact communities. It is more than education and advocacy; it's here to address the Social Determinants affecting us today because:
"Change does not begin with systems; it begins with one; with us, you and me." - Sol Angel Wynter
What we do
Here2HelpUS® provides personalized, one-on-one assistance to individuals who welcome guidance and an advocate willing to walk alongside them from start to finish. Together, we work to overcome both seen and unseen barriers—commonly known as Social Determinants—that too often prevent individuals and families from achieving stability, self-sufficiency, and a better quality of life.
Life challenges are something we all face, which is why people recognize and respond to authenticity. Individuals are far more likely to follow through when they are educated on the rights, responsibilities, and consequences associated with the programs, services, and opportunities available to them. Through education, advocacy, accountability, and encouragement, Here2HelpUS® helps individuals navigate complex systems with greater confidence and understanding.
Our community knows that Ms. Wynter will walk beside them every step of the way, helping them remain focused, accountable, and committed to their goals. They also understand that knowledge is most powerful when shared. By encouraging individuals to pass forward what they have learned, we create a ripple effect that strengthens families, builds self-sufficiency, and contributes to healthier, more resilient communities.

How we help
Your organization saves valuable time and resources by partnering with Sol Wynter dba Here2HelpUS®, an independent entity that is fully licensed, insured, and operating in good standing with State and Federal programs.
When Here2HelpUS® connects your organization’s programs and services to individuals and families, we do so through a personalized, relationship-driven approach that helps people feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether through direct outreach or trusted partner referrals, we create measurable outcomes that positively impact individuals, families, businesses, and the communities they serve.
• Through immediate, coordinated, and personalized support, individuals and families are better equipped to overcome barriers related to health challenges, food insecurity, loss of income, housing instability, transportation, access to care, and other Social Determinants affecting their quality of life. As barriers are reduced, organizations see greater engagement and improved outcomes, while communities benefit from increased stability, self-sufficiency, and reduced long-term dependence on public resources.
• By increasing community awareness and strengthening the visibility of your organization’s commitment to community enrichment, equity, and meaningful outcomes, your organization becomes more attractive to funders, stakeholders, and community partners seeking to invest in organizations that demonstrate accountability, strong performance indicators, and measurable community impact.
Here2HelpUS® connects communities with trusted programs, services, and professionals statewide. Through engagement, in urban and rural communities, one-on-one, face-to-face, we meet the individuals where they call home, educate about government funded programs, and facilitate the understanding, navigation, and access to resources that could improve their welfare.

When someone's life improves more people benefit, however it is even most significant to the individual who sees it as a generational WIN opportunity.
Today it may be a stranger, a neighbor, family member, however tomorrow it could be you, or me.! - Sol Angel Wynter.
Social Determinants of Health
Sometimes the most important part is not seeing the entire road ahead, but simply having the courage to help someone take that first step, whether for themselves or for the loved ones who depend on them to achieve a better life.
As the founder of Here 2 Help US, I know the system works and that it was never created to foster dependency. I know it was designed to serve as a lifeline before individuals and families fall too far behind.
As service providers, we must remind ourselves that every applicant and recipient deserves respect, dignity, and genuine service. That is how we begin to build trust. Through trust, we gain a better understanding of the unseen barriers people face every day, allowing us to help them reach their first goal and continue building toward independence, stability, and long-term success. In many ways, we become the guardrails that help keep hope, accountability, and opportunity within reach for:
Stable, safe, decent, and affordable Housing
A career not just Employment
Education at any age and building financial strength
Access to care and improving health literacy
Youth programs that develop more than minds but shape confident and healthier leaders

Mental wellness by practicing and honoring community sensitivity and individuals’ privacy; just going back to basics
