Our life is what we make of it
Our life is what we make of it, therefore today and every day let’s practice gratitude. We can begin with this simple one:
Being able to read this message which means having access to sight, education even if basic we can read, comprehend, some of us may know more than one language, and we all have access to the internet.
Now let’s look around and although not having it all, still does not mean doing so would change our circumstances; it’s our attitude which facilitate things being better or worst.
Developing a habit of positive thinking in combination with one of speaking these good things not only in our life but in every space and person we encounter create a ripple effect in our world, we become hopeful and optimistic that things will improve and more of us will be resonating on the same frequency; making of today a positive one for many as we irradiate that energy.
When we practice speaking positive words and we hear ourselves saying these, something unexplainable occurs not only in our mind but in our posture; self confidence shows up and override our self-doubts. Chin up and that body posture make us own the space when we step.
By practicing gratitude and servitude we transform our attitude and protect our space from hazards (thoughts, people, settings) that make us believe we are not worthy, crippling us when confronted with fear which make us comfortable living in the “why me” victim mentality neighborhood.
You and I are the developer of our “New neighborhood” therefore can choose which tenants (thoughts) we accept to live there or immediately file eviction notices to toxic people, including our old self we are allowing to drain our energy; we can free self from strongholds on our progress, if we daily and check in hourly with “Self” to examine our attitude.
The combination of the choice of our thoughts, attitude, gratitude, and the people we allow in our circle daily shape the outpouring of our energy into our world. We can spend our life pointing fingers and blaming others of the why’s we are not happy or where we expected to be but the answer is can be found by just: “Looking at the One in the mirror.”
