Accountability & Leadership
I am not the expert in leadership therefore my input is from the working bee or field ant role; that’s my expertise. I like what is shared in the 12 Company Culture Green Flags
Disclaimer: In foreign language I think, speak, and heartily attempt to write the thoughts in your language therefore if you read any of my posts you may develop new skills and potentially a headache.
I consider any company’s mission and vision not to be the issue since these are carefully thought through, therefore if implemented, beginning with Self- Accountability, and as expected by each and every employee regardless of roles the workplace it would foster workplace culture, which translate into commUNITY; that envisioned, manifested.
It’s easy pointing fingers at others while it’s known only those who pursue personal growth hold self accountable and it’s reflect the workplace in their delivery.
Accountability is looking in the mirror, every morning and before going to bed, making account of all done, Sid and willingly refused to do or say. It’s being humble enough to know highlight our flaws which we transmit unto others through perceptions and/or belief more boldly displayed m depending on our role and personal maturity.
Self-Accountability shape company culture in becoming the place everyone looks forward to their Monday and don’t pray for it to be their day off or you, them, and/or I, Out Of Office.
Again I say, it’s easy to point fingers at others refusing to admit we each play that key role facilitating each other’s successful delivery regardless of being in leadership or just the working bee, fiel or carpenter ant.
Understanding the importance of the domino effect we create in our personal and professional lives will be reflected in the delivery of any and every mission and vision, even if we are an employee, self-employed or unemployed, because workplace translate into community.
This is just my thought and I am not here for an Agree or Disagree however, I’ll take this moment to personally thank every self-employed and/or unfortunately unemployed professional for
confidently voicing past workplace experiences, sparking great discussions and self-reflection; once again said: self-reflection.
Accountability minimizes any workplace culture and lessens the sour taste we (each, everyone) add to it.
Grateful for every educational, positive, and encouraging post I read on this platform, including those whose sharing may come across as gripes, please know personaly, I find many to be Educational Awareness.
